JAT Property Management LLC conducts extensive screening on all tenants ie; credit check, background
check and verification of employment (three month gross income per monthly rent) and most importantly,
any prior rental history. We handle everything from qualifying the tenant, rent collection, and maintenance

You no longer have to worry about rent showing up late in your bank account because we take care of
everything so you have to worry about nothing.
All tenants maintenance are handled in a timely manner (within 48 hours). JAT Property Management
LLC does not employ maintenance personnel. Instead all maintenance orders are handled through qualified vendors
All vendors must be licensed, bonded and insured with documents submitted to the office for approval and filed.
If you as the property owner wishes a verification of these documents it will be forwarded for your review.
JAT Property Management LLC conducts periodic inspections as well as drive by on your property during
the duration of the tenants lease. Once we schedule and conduct the formal interior and exterior inspection
of the property, pictures and notes of concern will be sent to you for your review. We furnish move-in and
move-out documentation that include the property’s condition and ensure all property concerns are addressed
in a timely manner
With JAT Property Management LLC detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep
tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your
investment is performing.
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost
of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.
All evictions are handled by Florida Real Estate attorneys.
